JERRY RAHM…SENIOR PASTOR

Jerry and Linda came to CrossPointe on Easter Sunday, 1994. They came to Austin from Dallas, Texas, which is also where they both grew up. They have been married since 1986 and have no children. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science degree from Christian Heritage College, where he majored in Biblical Psychology. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he received his Masters of Theology. Upon graduation Jerry worked as Director of Operations at the Aerobics Activity Center in Dallas for a couple of years. He then joined the staff of Fellowship Bible Church, Park Cities, serving for 8 years in various staff positions, his last being that of Executive Pastor. The Lord called him to CrossPointe in 1994 to serve as Senior Pastor. Jerry’s life purpose is to love his wife sacrificially and to serve the church of Jesus Christ faithfully. His other passions in life are golf, competitive volleyball and working on his MGB (car).

LARRY MEGASON…Director of Worship

Larry has served CrossPointe in many capacities over the past several years, from consulting with the the previous Worship Directors to leading worship at men’s retreats and other events. He joined the staff in 2006 as the Interim Worship Director.  Now Larry, along with his wife Sheila, serves CrossPointe in the primary area of Worship and creative arts development. In each of these ministry areas CrossPointe has continued to develop a corporate heart that worships the Lord, welcomes those who are broken and searching, and discovering how we can use our time, talents, and treasures to serve the Lord.

TIM SHARP…Youth Director

Tim joined the staff of CrossPointe in the fall of 2008.  He and his wife Shellee serve alongside a dedicated volunteer youth staff serving the needs of students throughout Central Texas.

KAREN McCANLIES…Office Administrator

Karen joined the staff of CrossPointe in July 2010.

Karen and her husband, Mick, moved to Texas from Colorado in 2007.  Karen
has experience working as an administrative assistant, in real estate, and
in health care.  Karen is excited to be a part of the staff at CrossPointe and is enjoying working with this great group of people.
