What is the service like?
Our worship service generally runs from 10:00-11:!5. We have a liturgy (flow of worship) that seeks to engage our hearts and our minds. Musically we have a blended style which will incorporate contemporary songs, traditional hymns, as well as rewritten hymns accompanied by acoustic guitar, cello, mandolin, percussion, and keyboard. We currently celebrate communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month and at special seasonal services. Where do I go? When you come in the front doors the worship center is straight ahead. The greeters can help you find the nursery, restroom, Sunday school classrooms, or point you to further information about CrossPointe. Feel free to help yourself to some coffee. Where do I take my children? Children are welcome to attend the worship service, but we do offer childcare for infants-2nd Grade. Nursery for children ages birth – 3 years old is available during the Sunday school (9:30-10:30) and the worship service (10:45-12:00). Children's church is offered for children ages Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. The children are dismissed at the beginning of the sermon and they return at the end of the service and before we take communion. |
